PART TIME BEAUTY INSTRUCTOR
6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT (6.5 HOURS PER WEEK)
APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:
* A recognised diploma / trade qualification in Beauty Therapy
* At least 1-year relevant work experience in a commercial beauty
therapy salon
* Experience of working with young people aged **Apply on the

* A learner centred and flexible approach to training and meeting
learner needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of QQI / VTCT Beauty Therapy related modules and the
National Framework of Qualifications
* Applicants ideally should have experience of delivering QQI Level
4/ VTCT training modules in the following subjects: Apply Make-up,
Follow Health and Safety in the Salon, Skin Care, Manicure and
Pedicure
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* To deliver training in modules leading to VTCT Diploma in Hair and
Beauty Services
* Assessment and monitoring of learner course work in the relevant
skills area to VTCT level standards
* Assisting with the planning, development and implementation of CTC
programmes and services within the Quality Assurance framework
* Supervision of learners
This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract. The salary scale

rata with maximum entry points applicable.
